Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Danny Dang is a pharmacist, entrepreneur, and healthcare executive with over two decades of experience spanning multiple industries and organizational scales—from independent “mom-and-pop” operations to complex, multi-billion-dollar corporate environments. His leadership is defined by the ability to build, scale, and manage high-performing systems while navigating regulatory, financial, and operational complexity.
As Chief Executive Officer of Esco Pharmacy, Dr. Dang leads initiatives that advance patient access to community-based care while integrating technology, compliance, and operational excellence. His work reflects a deep understanding of both frontline healthcare delivery and enterprise-level strategy.
Dr. Dang previously served as President of the Pharmacists Society of the State of New York, where he led statewide advocacy efforts focused on pharmacy sustainability, PBM reform, and protecting patient access to care.
His leadership and impact have been recognized by Crain’s New York Business, highlighting his role in driving innovation and advocacy within New York’s independent pharmacy sector. His work continues to bridge healthcare delivery, public policy, and entrepreneurship to shape the future of community pharmacy.
